Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using http://www.shop.areku.org operated by Gance Media (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Product
Our photographic prints (Product) is made with utmost care and craftsmanship, printed on matte FujiFilm Crystal Archive Paper for prints ranging up to 30×45, and on semi-gloss FujiFilm 240GSM for prints larger than 30×45.
This choice of paper stock gives rich colours, great archival properties and ease of mounting. Our print-sizes are standardized, do though remember that all frames are different, and your print might require extra trimming before mounting.
Please note that the colours of the prints might vary from what you see on the website, as all screens are differently calibrated. There might also be a slight difference in cropping depending on the print size chosen (due to different aspect ratios). We always choose an appropriate crop for each motive and size to stay as true as possible to the original provided.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product (“Photographic prints”, “Prints”) made available through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, home address, and e-mail address. This information is only used for payment and shipping the Product to you.
All prices are in euros.
By placing an order through the Site, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s express permission to utilize the card to effect payment.
By placing an order through the Site, you are confirming that you’re solely responsible for all payments, applicable taxes, and fees.
If the Customer is located outside of the territory of the European Union the Customer is responsible for paying sales tax (as a Union sales tax is included within that price of the Product. Customers outside of the European Union may be subjected to pay custom duties (as applicable within each jurisdiction). We will not be held responsible for any such duties.
The customer pays for the Product via PayPal with PayPal, MasterCard or Visa, via our check-out form. Payment must be done in full before we ship the Product to you.
After the purchase has been confirmed, we estimate a production time and packaging time of not more than 7 work days, if not else wise stated.
We shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses due to specific circumstances of the User and/or Customer, indirect or consequential losses or wasted expenditure. All information needed for delivery and payment must be entered during checkout. We will not be held responsible for any missed delivery due to wrongly spelled or missing address-/contact-information.
Shipping
We offer free shipping in Sweden, if not else wise stated in the Product description.
For countries outside of Sweden, we offer flat rate shipping of 20 €. Any eventual taxes (such as, but not restricted to, import taxes), duties, and/or other expenses will be paid by the customer.
In case of damaged or missing goods, please contact the shipping company to file a complaint. Then contact us in no more than 14 days after receiving your package.
We ship worldwide through the Swedish Postal Service.
Returns
We create and inspect our prints with the utmost care, but if you would like to return your print(s) due to a manufacturing error, you may do so. This is the only kind of Returns that we allow.
Note that you must contact us (see contact details below) in 14 days after receiving your print(s).
We cover the eventual postage for returns.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
